What is Pregnancy ZenThai Treatment?

Founded upon Zenthai Shiatsu, Pregnancy & Remedial Massage, bound with 5 element meridian therapy and held within ancestral women's wisdom, Pregnancy Zenthai offers a structural and energetic healing experience.

Treatments are offered fully clothed, on floor therapy mats and with plenty of pillows and bolsters to support mum and bubs.

Pregnancy Zenthai Community Clinic supports mums and bubs to create more spaciousness in the body, stability in the joints whilst nourishing the tissues, soul and pregnancy journey.

Our treatments focus on pregnancy related ailments:
• Lower back, sacroiliac and pubic pain
• Shoulder tension, rib pain and shortness of breath
• Heavy, restless and swollen legs
• Nausea, reflux, indigestion and fatigue
• Emotional support and presence
